1928 Ford Model A Pickup

1928 Ford Model A Pickup.  Original Steel and rare AR series model A, high quality custom with a satin black finish built by friend and long time car guru Tom Johnson here in Dallas.  Tom lived the model T - A custom street scene... as in "where were you in 62"... He will tell you!  This was a lifetime achievement using the best of that era with a few modern twists where needed.. Red custom interior with many original parts. Rare AR cast iron running board supports and fender supports, original ford steel fenders, boards and entire vintage body.  Steel floor added, original AR radiator support and much much more make this real AR series custom one of a kind.  Powered by a 1954, First year, Small Block Chevrolet 265 with 57 Power Pack Heads and Duntov Cam.  Offenhauser 4x2 Intake with 4 Rochester 2G Carbs.  This is what the Milner coupe had from American Graffiti, but this car has very early SBC engine on this car vs the out of time series that one had.   Mated to a well built 700R4 and 3:73 posi GM 7.5 diff, 4 wheel disk brakes.  Zoomie coated headers with street baffles.
